Developed a process-based approach to content delivery utilizing information mapping techniques that allowed my team to chunk content into more easily digestible nuggets. Used conditional text techniques to streamline the content update process and help improve overall efficiency. Saved the the company over $90,000 by successfully negotiating the initial fees for translation services from $120,000 down to $21,000. Developed and managed technical documentation to meet the demands of end-users for anti-spyware products. Saved the company approximately $252,000/year by proposing and managing the implementation of a digital solutions for printed materials. Built roadmaps and project plans, designed comprehensive storyboards, and planned, organized, and managed video shoots, as well as post-production media. In my initial role as an Instructional Designer, I helped to build courses and and create strategies for implementing security awareness training based on a learner-centered approach. My role has evolved into one as a learning technologist where I coordinate support issues and creating strategies for solving them in the short and long-term, as well as working with CSS, JSON and HTML to aid in course development.
