● Assists commercial and residential owners with identifying and removing unwanted insectoid and rodent-type pests. ● Assesses more than 12 types of infestations and determines treatment plan while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. ● Acts as liaison between customers and the main office. ● Ensures all issued equipment is properly maintained by coordinating repairs or complete replacement, among other actions.

● Assisted flight line operations consisting of marshaling, fueling, baggage handling, and lavatory service on aircraft, prior to and post flight. ● Performed ground handling of aircraft, including coordination with more than 15 flight crews, caterers, ground transportation, and maintenance teams. ● Handled Ground Service Equipment (GSE) maintenance, fuel sales logs, compliance with local/state/federal aviation fuel and airport regulations, as well as general housekeeping and administrative duties.

● Performed weekly aerial survey and pipeline observation for an oil/gas company, which spanned 1000+ miles throughout Texas. ● Led all related flight planning, fuel management, weather, aircraft maintenance, and FAR guidance, as well as pilotage for mission. ● Notified ground team on any developed leaks, tampering, new construction, abandoned equipment, and any unknown factors that would impact the pipeline. ● Ferried aircraft from South Central Texas to Lake Charles, LA., for maintenance, and performed on- call patrol duties during times when automated detection equipment detected a leak.

● Oversaw flight line operations, including marshaling, fueling/defueling aircraft, and ensured professional care was provided to both affluent individuals and corporate employees. ● Performed general manager duties, including liaison responsibilities between UFC and parent company, drafting daily, weekly, and monthly reports, managing budgets, ensuring equipment and facilities were properly maintained, and employees adhered to local, state, and federal guidelines. ● Ensured daily airport fixed base operations during the 32nd World Soaring Competition while providing support for over 500 customers.

Served in the United States Air Force for over 9 years, holding multiple titles such as Assistant NCOIC, Squadron Lead Comsec Responsible Officer, and Crew Chief on multiple communication terminals. Held the title of squadron’s weapon custodian, and was part of opposition force that provided tactical training to an 800 member group. Graduated Airman Leadership School and was the recipient of Air Force Commendations and achievement medals, as well as multiple monthly commander awards. Was deployed 3 times between 2003-2007 to combat zones located in Southeast Asia, and participated in numerous stateside field operations.
