Launched and ran West Coast sales and trading operations post the acquisition of Lehman Brothers European franchise. Developed the infrastructure necessary to create an efficient and scalable business from the ground-up, including: surveying the market to identify and build a client base; building a client matrix and tiering strategy to organize accounts and prioritize servicing; and facilitating introductions at new accounts with our research teams and traders. Built relationships with client analysts and portfolio managers at largest accounts by providing a consistently high level of service and support. Provided clients both the research ideas and relevant ways to monetize research via trading. Successful managed the acquisition/divesture of Top 5 equity positions in numerous European companies.

Managed cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams in the completion of Debt, Public Equity and M&A transactions with approximately $5 million in investment banking fees, primarily in the computer hardware/manufacturing sector. Responsible for detailed financial analysis, research of precedent transactions, transaction process management, coordination and execution of due diligence, creation of pitch book materials and drafting of offering memoranda.
