• Manage a team of Drupal enterprise focused software engineers, Drupal themers, technical information architects / UX resources, and designers in daily activities for both client and internal products• Owner of agile tracking software backlog content, velocity, burn-down tracking and story completion; manage daily scrums and update communication software with status of ongoing sprint work to provide a clear dashboard of real time progress • Client/stakeholder technical liaison and point of contact through the life of the engagement. Partner with the stakeholders to understand micro and macro goals and to transform them into actionable formats, and consult and provide status and education throughout the cycle of development and functional realization• With the collaboration of the technical team, architect solutions, flow charts and documentation as needed to support the efforts of the upcoming feature or product build• Oversee the teams time tracking, time off, billing to the client and all other aspects of budgetary matters as they relate to ongoing projects and staffing• Draft test plans, in tandem with requirements gathering, that are executed by the Workhabit team or and external QA resource; review, track and assign bugs/issues to appropriate resources through fruition• Create detailed project plans and schedules both waterfall and sprint focused varying based on the project needs

• Project Lead on both heavily strategic, or complex data mapping digital projects with multiple teams of information architects, UX and experience designers, .NET, .PHP, HTML and java script developers; as well as video, animation, and emerging experiential technologies resources• Consult internally and lead clients through larges scale, complex CMS integrations through understanding content, user workflow and editorial capabilities within the organization• Manage expectations on both the client and internal stakeholders of varying political organizations• Provide organization and structure throughout massive discovery sessions in a combinations of brand goals, Information architecture, organizational workflow, logic and mathematically weighted digital solutions• Responsible for mentoring and ensuring the project success of a team of 3 mid level producer direct reports• Create detailed project plans and schedules on varying size projects catered• Draft Project Specification documentation, Content organization and tracking materials, and inform technical specification in collaboration with development and IA/UX teams• Scope and realize budgets on projects ranging from $75,000 - $850,000.00• Review, track and assign bugs/issues to appropriate resources in order to provide quality assurance on all digital projects
