As Vendasta's Chief Operating Officer, I report to CEO Brendan King and help shape Vendasta’s long-term strategy. I work to align the culture, organizational design, company metrics, and overall operations to execute our long-term objectives. I am responsible for the company’s revenue growth and customer-facing Platform Partner division, which encompasses demand generation, sales, customer success, account management, support, and retention, who take Vendasta’s platform and marketplace of solutions to market.

I was responsible for working with the rest of the executive team to define Vendasta's growth objectives, ensure everyone in the company deeply understood them, and felt empowered to make an impact toward them. I worked with the CEO to shape Vendasta's long term strategy, as well as across a number of diverse teams to execute cross-functional initiatives, collect and share key customer insights, and test new initiatives to drive Vendasta's growth levers.

I was responsible for driving growth throughout all areas of the company, working closely with the both product and business development teams in identifying opportunities for scale in both local and international markets.

As the Director of Alliances and Business Development, I prospected and facilitated new partnership opportunities by presenting Vendasta's solution to Premier and Agency Partners across North America.I also facilitated technical integration, on-boarding new accounts, and supporting all ongoing partner needs and activities.

The goal of The Next 36 is to help launch the careers of Canada’s most promising and innovative undergraduates. The program identifies these 36 students throughout Canada through a rigorous national selection process, and gives them the academic foundation, practical skills, role models and networks to become Canada’s next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.

Care & Share works in Saskatoon’s community and inner-city schools to provide all kids access to the things schools often cannot provide. As a board, we find donors and mentors to support programs like Coats for Kids, Bikes for Kids, Babysitter's courses, sports programs (hockey, soccer, bowling, cheerleading, yoga), Scholastic literacy programs, healthy breakfasts and the Care & Share Holiday Lunch program.

The Saskatchewan Blue Cross Recess Guardians is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to bringing play back into recess. By building leadership skills and encouraging a healthy lifestyle, Recess Guardians helps teach youth positive building blocks for their future in a safe and educational environment--all while allowing them to create their own fun during recess. Jacqueline is one of three Founding Directors of Recess Guardians, and assisted in obtaining the 6-year title sponsorship from Saskatchewan Blue Cross. She assists in organizational strategy and program growth.

Working under the theme of “Entrepreneurship = Recovery = Jobs” the two-day Summit culminated in the creation of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance, a global initiative that brings together young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial experts from around the world to identify and address key policies surrounding the challenges and promotion of youth entrepreneurship. Together, we created a communiqué reflecting the five key issues that either discourage young people from launching new businesses or limit their success for growth.
