CurrentI began as a Machine Operator, being trained to run CNC Mills, inspect parts, deburr them, and other core machining skills. I worked part time in conjunction with college classes, usually only working 20 hours a week. On breaks from school I would usually work up to 40 hour weeks. Starting July 2024, I began regularly working full time. Over the course of my employment, I've grown substantially, and after pursuing external education in the form of a Precision Machining Certificate, I am now able to do setups, as well as edit G Code. Due to my time and experience, I have also been asked to assist in the training of new hires, as well as helping them. Answering their questions, changing tooling for them, and other tasks they are not yet capable of.
