Independently managed the clinical nutrition side of optimizing resident nutrition status whether through diet education, nutrition supplements, or tube feeding. Closely worked with the Dietary Manager to improve foodservice competency and optimize resident nutrition status. Collaborated with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care. Applied extensive acute care clinical experience and expertise to best care for residents transferring to our facility.
