* Assist in the planning, coordination and facilitation of BITE Programmes to achieve the intended KPI and assure effective budget utilization * Assist in managing internal and external stakeholders involved in advocating the Bumi ICT Agenda e.g. Ministries, Agencies, Industry, Industry associations, NGOs, & internal MDeC units * Participate in the process efficiencies by reviewing them and provide feedback for improvements * Contribute to team outcome by conducting research and making diligent analysis of all programmes and initiatives. * Assist in implementing Special Projects/ Assignments as and when assigned by Head of Department

* Launching of 33 start-up companies officiated by Ministry of higher Education *  Handling the media * Prepare Note to Editors and Press Release, Press Kit and invitation of Media. * Preparing Corporate Profile for the company. *  Committee for various exhibitions and upcoming exhibitions (internal UKM events and joint events; SMIDEX’11 & BioMalaysia 2011) *  Deciding the pavilion setup * Work closely with Creative Manager and also external designer to develop marketing materials and pavilion design respectively.
