Zone Creations is an established leading multidisciplinary design and fabrication company based in South London demonstrating excellence and quality in design. The factory and workshop in London are home to 40 makers who design and manufacture products from furniture, one-off pieces for contemporary artists to point of sale material for luxury brands. Increased the number of creative projects being awarded to the company. This was achieved by providing high quality product renders in the quoting process. Minimised the design time and workshop machinery down-time by using parametric 3D modelling. Brought new product lines to the company such as Product Animations and Virtual Reality. Compiled technical drawings and files for production. The main production methods in these projects are: laser cutting, CNC routing, small batch metal casting and 3D printing.

* Supporting the team of product and interior design with the following responsibilities: * Designing and developing ideas for a store in a local industrial park. * Sketching and Prototyping. * 3D modeling of recycled plastic objects for a company in Shanghai. * Renderings of complex models.

* Consilio3D Technologies Ltd” provides integrated consultancy solutions and services for the aerospace and automotive sectors based on its expertise in 3D technologies. By learning new 3D Scan modelling tools that Consilio 3D was required for some of their first contracts I was able to deliver Reverese Engineering projects for the aeronautical industry. Increased the accuracy of 2D to 3D CAD conversions to up to 97% from scans to actual parts. This was acheived by utilizing a combination of Blueprints and 3D laser scans’ raw data to complete models. Provided with high quality renders and 3D animations for Augmented Reality applications in an aim to win new contracts with BAE Systems.

At Tractable Ltd, the focus is on using deep learning technology to automate expert tasks for businesses. As a member of the team, my main responsibility was to analyze pictures and help improve the accuracy of their AI algorithm.Their AI technology uses both image recognition and text understanding to interpret complex and unstructured data that is typically handled by domain experts. My work at Tractable involved: Analyzing pictures to identify the type and level of damage on specific components. This helped us train our AI algorithm to be more precise in recognizing and understanding different types of damage. Collaborating with the project leader and other team members to improve the efficiency of our identification processes. This involved streamlining our workflow and making it more effective in identifying and interpreting the data we received.Overall, my contributions helped Tractable leverage deep learning technology to automate expert tasks, making it possible to handle unstructured and specialized data with greater efficiency and accuracy. * Xico LED is a Boston-based company that specializes in performance-driven LED lighting. Their products are optimized for beam quality, lighting distributions and efficiency. Xico LED's products are used in a wide range of commercial, residential, and industrial applications. As an Industrial Designer and Solidworks CAD Specialis at Xico I am responsible for: * Desinging the new generation of Xico lightings. * Building and managing SolidWorks assemblies using design tables. * Producing detailed sub- and top-level assemblies, BOMs, and technical drawings to support project submittals and internal production. * Supporting manufacturing and testing of assemblies. * Using PDM Solidworks to manage data and components in SolidWorks, creating and managing bills of materials, and collaborating with other engineers and designers to improve Xico products.
