My main focus was growth and maintenance of internal corporate standards, improvement of software development processes and evolving the start-up company so that it can scale. I was heavily involved in hiring, managing and leading people. I also did a fair share of project management, customer support, infrastructure management and coding.

Bootstrapped and led the company to commercial success. Nurtured and grew company culture around core values promoting open, friendly communications, passion for excellence, shared responsibility and positivity. Conceived major product concepts and innovations. Led software engineering until 2016 and product development until 2020.
