Proactively communicate with internal and external candidates in order to maintain a professional image and quality of candidate experience.Build professional relationships with stakeholders, in order to provide a committed service and balancing processes integrity issues with the needs to be responsive to departmental pressures.Assist the Recruitment Manager on assigned project work as required and coach team members in all aspects of the recruitment function and give feedback if required.Skills:• Proficient in Taleo,Outlook and Microsoft applications• Screening of candidates (initial and final interview)• Test Administration• Sourcing of resumes using different media ( Jobstreet, Social media, Job boards)• Extending offers to those successful candidates• ON-BOARDING of candidates
