Complete paperwork, daily reports and all other necessary financial analysis for the restaurant• Ensure guest satisfaction by approaching every table and making sure the guest dining expectations have been achieved• Ensure Starbucks quality standards and the Hotel's Core Service Standards are being met.• Provide ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology and processes to ensure the hotel's competitive position and in anticipation of changing guest's needs within the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment.• Order products and supplies for the restaurant• Manage and lead staff including hiring, scheduling, employee counseling and commendations• Train all employees on steps of service, sequence of service and hold them accountable to the standards• Practice all necessary sanitation methods to ensure all food safety standards are followed• Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained and control budgeted labor costs• Ensure all departmental & company policies are followed
