* Develop and maintain an automated test framework (C/C++) that tests the BlackBerry Platform Services API (https://developer.blackberry.com/native/reference/core/com.qnx.doc.bps.lib_ref/topic/overview.html) * Perform API testing on various libraries that comprise the BlackBerry Native SDK. * Involved in all aspects of the testing cycle including the planning, design, and test execution. * Working closely with development and product management teams to understand the features in depth to develop new testing approaches.

* Developed test applications (Java) on the BlackBerry platform useful for performance testing of the browser. * Developed an automated test harness (Java, C++) on the BlackBerry platform to test libraries and services that make up the BlackBerry Native Services Layer. * Contributed to the testing of the first WebKit browser on the BlackBerry platform * Developed the back end of an automated test framework (Perl, MySQL) for the SlipStream audio/video transcoder library.

* Merged and integrated code across development codelines to produce release software for the CDMA handheld software group. * Set up and maintained a build environment to provide dependable and reproducible builds to other development teams. * Developed scripts/tools to automate build and testing tasks to improve the efficiency of the team. * Performed daily sanity testing to ensure the build can be further tested by the test teams. * Identified defects in the code base, and coordinated with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
