Working in a senior management position at Post Office Limited, my financial and analytical background has seen me take up a number of positions throughout the organisation. Currently I working on helping the Retail business transform and ensuring it is fit for purpose in a commercial environment. This mainly involves analysing current performance, understanding and implementing change and then showcasing it internally. This leads to working across many functions, including Operations, Finance, HR and Commercial.My background is mainly financial but currently I am diversifying in other areas of the business using my skill set on different programmes within the business, devising and implementing new approaches and working with senior stakeholders to implement these to the business.I have started with the Group from graduate level and after progressing through the finance graduate scheme have looked at gaining many experiences, working in different business units and functions.
