- Promoted to CEO to lead the organisation and oversee day to day business activities with responsibility to maintain and strengthen, with utmost integrity, a vision informed, led and inspired by the needs and views of our student network. - Manage a team of 4 including CFO, Enterprise Engagement Manager, Administration Assistant and Researcher as well as External Consultants as required. Report to Board of Trustees.- Implement, communicate and refine the organisation’s vision and mission, inspiring internal and external stakeholders.- Develop the business ethos, workplace and operations to support staff to fulfil their potential and create a rewarding place of work.- Write the annual business plan, setting targets and objectives, and assessing business risks, developing appropriate mitigation strategies. - Communicate business progress to the Board of Trustees, attending quarterly Board meetings.- Act as external face of NACUE, representing the views of the organisation and enterprise/entrepreneurship students on major platforms, national media and conferences.- Identify business development opportunities (strategic partnerships, funders, sponsorship, new clients) and build networks and relationships to further NACUE’s aims.- Oversee income generation activities, including leading sales discussions with major clients, writing funding bids / grant applications, membership and sponsorship.

- Promoted to Head of Community, part of the SMT, to lead initiatives to support in-curricular and extra-curricular enterprise, engagement and employability programmes in 70 institutions.- Managed a team of 10 including Network Coordinators, Event Coordinators, and Marketing & Comms, provided personal development and coaching to maximise performance of team to meet objectives.- Liaised and worked with potential corporate sponsors and government officials to support the organisation’s mission, securing 5 figure contracts with recognised partners and universities, e.g. BEIS, HEFCE, Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group.- Ensured high level of customer satisfaction was achieved with all key stakeholders – students, graduates, sponsors and the wider start-up community.- Led the introduction of fundraising into the organisation to support long term sustainability.

- Promoted to Further Education Delivery Manager, responsible for overseeing network of 361 Further Education Colleges to support student led societies and to facilitate interactive workshops focused on idea generation, business start-up support, collaboration and skills development.- Managed a team of 5 Regional Enterprise Coordinators based across the UK.- Supported the skills-development of 16-19 year olds in London and East and ran regional events across the UK to connect local student entrepreneurs.- Developed a full enterprise programme to be embedded within academic programmes, which was endorsed by 2 FE Colleges.- Designed a strategy to enhance the buy-in from SMT’s in FEI’s who faced limited resources, this included both onsite support and delivery to reduce additional workload for staff.

- Recruited to work with 35 FEI’s in London and East to support the creation and sustainability of a student-led group. - Presented to SMT’s in the FEI’s to support the adoption of the programme.- Worked on a 1:1 basis and group basis with students to support enterprise/entrepreneurship initiatives.- Successfully supported regional roll out of government funded programme. - Invited to present at the AoC Annual Conference.

Acting as Placement Liaison for second year Fashion Promotion students, whilst supporting the needs of the staffing team. Further developments of the job role include overseeing events committees, supporting first year students, supporting live exhibitions and events within the fashion industry.
