First point of call for all contractors and visitors to the building site, whether via phone, foot or vehicle. Worked directly with the Home Office, UK Border Force and the Metropolitan Police on a daily basis. Trained by the Border Force to recognise counterfeit passports and NI cards. Inducted between 100 and 200 people every morning; this involved manually entering each contractors details on to the system, filing original paperwork and scans of documents, printing and issuing new ID cards for each contractor, adding contractors to the biometric system (fingerprint reader). Trained to use biometric system. Issued security passes to all visitors. Diary management to avoid clashing of meetings.
