• Partner with Manager and Categories to develop strong campaign plans that support the strategies of the Avon Malaysia (sales, margin and units).• Assist Head of Department to track and analyze financial targets for all Beauty and Non Beauty categories and to identify risks and make recommendations for improvements.• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day Campaign activities for 2 Campaigns in the quarter.• Own internal reporting systems, analytics and overall data integrity to ensure 100% accuracy of financials.• Complete financial assessment decks for Senior Executive team pulling backup, writing commentary and providing recommendations to address any gaps and/or opportunities.• Provide assessment on quarterly plans by preparing reports and presentations to show results.• Accountable for writing creative briefs and partnering with the creative and merchandising teams on the look, tone and feel of the Avon Brochure as the Campaign owner. • Work cross functionally with the Forecasting, Sales and Category teams attending and driving meetings.• Act as point person between Categories, Creative and Forecasting with a focus on building synergy and balancing each campaign from both a Representative and Consumer perspective.• Take full responsibility to the accuracy at all times of all category housekeeping including estimates, costs, paginations, MAPS, Evaluation Decks, product screening, product master file, intro and discontinue dates, etc. Provides accurate data for global, regional and local reporting as required.• Ensure all timelines and deliverables are met.

• Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results. • Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions. • Interact with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers. • Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts. • Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool. • Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. • Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning.

• Responsible to plan and execute distribution strategies for all programs briefed & initiated by Sales & Marketing.• Work closely Sales, Marketing, Supply Planner and Branches to continuous review and improvement on product availability.• Responsible to communicate on product supply updates, Branch inventory and sales movements to upper management.• Responsible to ensure smooth operation cut-off and minimal disruption of product deliveries to all Branches.• Responsible to provide coaching & training to 2 Assistant Managers.• Responsible for System maintenance meeting business requirement and liasing with IT team for enhancement or upgrading.• Responsible to review and monitor department KPIs towards achieving its ultimate goals.• Explores new methods/means of improving Customer Service in product distribution.

• Responsible for providing inventory review and summary report. Provide analysis and proposal towards maintaining operational inventory at optimum level.• Managing and proposing to Marketing team to plan for excess active products.• Responsible for total purchasing report towards maintaining purchase quantity at optimum level based on marketing plan thus reducing lead-time as well as warehouse storage expenses based on JIT concept. Analysis product purchase based on vendor/source and product category.• Responsible to monitor daily available stock for current promotion, placing order for future promotion and monitoring delivery schedule.• Work closely with Distribution Analyst in ensuring that we uphold high customer satisfaction through maintaining 100% product availability at boutiques.• Responsible for preparing and monitoring Key Performance Indicator for Supply Planning and Distribution Division.• Involved in Perfect Customer Order Meeting with Sales and Marketing to discuss Top 50 items demand forecast and also ensure product availability to support the new demand forecast if there is any revision.• Part of team member of Sales and Operation Review (S&OP) by providing forecast, actual and future plan on Inventory, Piece Fill Rate and Purchases.

• Plan and execute distribution strategy for all programs briefed and initiated by Sales and Marketing. Analyzes sales trend and decide optimum allocation/replenishment strategy to ensure products are distributed fairly and effectively to all boutiques.• Attend to boutiques to resolve product availability and inventory holding challenge by providing feedback, recommendation and action.• Responsible for regular review and maintenance of parameters to ensure accuracy of recommended shipments. Resolve replenishment exceptions/challenges from Manugistics System.• Responsible on the review of Boutiques Business Share and campaign offtake in response to sales demand.• Analyze and update existing distribution guidelines/strategies/SOPs to ensure optimization of Manugistics System.• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for Division Key Performance Indicators.• Involved in Perfect Customer Order Meeting with Sales and Marketing to discuss Top 50 items demand forecast and also ensure product availability at boutique in the right time, quantity and least cost.• Monitor stock movement during sales period and advise Marketing team on the demand forecast based on historical sales.• Part of team member in validating AVON Global new tool (Inventory Business Intelligence) for Inventory reporting.• Part of team member for the past one year for AVON Business Process Reengineering (BPR) involvement in inventory and work closely with purchasing and marketing to achieve optimum inventory level.

• Prepare daily production schedule for the production plant.• Coordinate selling of the finished goods.• Liase with Head of Department on the number of man power needed to support the demand.• Received Purchase Order and follow-up closely on material purchases and production planning.
