I provide assistance to our valued customers for any concerns, questions or issues they may have. Guaranteeing that I assist each customer to the best of my ability to satisfy every reason for the call to me. I always utilized any knowledge i acquired during this job to further my customer service skills. My responsibilities during this job were to put customers first at all times by greeting customers warmly as soon as they enter and to make a wonderful first and last impression. I ensured that I listened to the customers requests fully to make sure they're needs are met for the hairstyle and/or color they desired. I scheduled most of my appointments and maintained a strict schedule to be sure I was finished with one client, then be ready for my next appointment on time. I also recorded each service I preformed for the client, including the formula I used on their individual client card. I made sure my work area was very clean and organized at all times.

My responsibilities during my time at this job were answering telephone, taking messages for the owner to call back the customer, greet customers as they walk in then assist the customer with information and/or direct them to the correct location or person. I also took payments for customers and filled out the invoices. I made daily trips to the bank for deposits and the Court House for titling, etc.
