- Finding ways to contact with qualified leads on FreshSales and Linkedin- Cold call and email higher level manager to promote product- Serving as a bridge between customer and development team

- Serving as a bridge between the development team and the clients to help them use the platform- Supporting them to have nice user-friendly experience of the platform- Nurture current clients for retention

- Participate with BOD to develop strategic initiative for gaining more sales.- Contacting with different department: Marketing and Development, to promote the product and introduce new features- Participate in one of the largest HR event - Vietnam HR Summit 2022 - to promote the smart talent management platform- Propose new ways to help clients find a solution

- Research about the real estate market, particularly related to Condominium and Land perspective.- Matching the clients' request with an idealistic project that can bring financial benefits.- Work as an intermediary for additional communication between the host and the clients
