In my current role I am responsible for the overall operations of the largest Real Estate Office in the Columbus Metro. I work with the Executive Leadership Team to grow the profitability of the Market Center through the recruitment, growth, retention, training and leadership of nearly 300 sales associates.

As a Regional Expansion Director for one of the largest and most successful Expansion Teams within Keller Williams, I focus on finding talented individuals within my region who are looking to grow their business and as leaders in the industry. I then work with those partners through coaching and collaboration to help them achieve their goals.

From fire and water damage renovation and insurance company coordination to design-build and general contractor services, Engineered Construction Incorporated (ECI) has been helping homeowners and businesses in and around the Madison area meet their needs and achieve their goals for over 30 years.

In my role as a the Team Leader I am given the awesome responsibility of running an office of over 100 highly skilled, trained and motivated individuals as they work every day to improve their real estate businesses. Through the values and principles that Keller Williams offers I work hard to bring value, knowledge, training and fun to our Market Center. The better part of my time is spent coaching and motivating the top agents in our office. Additionally I work hard to get to know all agents in my MLS and am always looking to add talent to my team. I find that all too often agents don't have a true understanding of who Keller Williams is and what we have to offer. We aren't for everyone, but there is a reason we are the largest real estate company in the world and the fastest growing.
