Responsible for Development and maintenance of finance modules in OHR Human Resources Solution and development using IBM e-learning system “LMS”

* Reporting to EMEA Vice President, responsible for managing existing accounts in Egypt. Communicate and set meeting with customers, customize proposal as per client needs, selling ITWorx products and professional services to clients from all sectors, conducting kick off meetings, follow up with clients, developing and bringing new services/offerings upon the market feedback. * Roles and responsibilities: * Responsible for ITWorx Egypt client base for the public and private sectors * Bid Management * Following up on all aspects of projects’ delivery, involved in design, deployment, management, and operations to accomplish project’s objectives and customer satisfaction * Participating in sales group meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts and reporting on market situation * Scoping definition, risk assessment, coordination and support * Building and maintaining channel/partner/customer relationships and deriving new business opportunities in Egypt * Providing input to the development of new products, Go-To-Markets (GTMs) and services as requested by channel/customers

* As a Pre-Sales engineer my main responsibility has been to satisfy customer technical requirements, and communicate the business value of the solution. This includes RFP responses, presentations, workshops and proof of concepts (POCs) etc. This hands-on role has required working interactively with customers within Egypt, EMEA and US, with multiple travels in these regions, and has generally been around Telco’s and government institutions. I’ve also conducted presentations to various technical and executive audiences within these areas. * Main responsibilities includes: * Articulating the technical architecture for solutions that meet customers’ requirements as stated in RFPs. * Preparing technical proposals in response of RFPs. * Support sales and marketing in preparation for events and presentations. * Help in defining new products and service offerings. * Sponsor technical initiatives to improve quality and productivity.
