I was worked since 2010 till now at telecommunication project.Started my career from Technician, site supervision, test engineer and site coordination,mostly i worked at the field and scope of job for installation, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting.Equipments I have operated were BTS Nortel,BTS/BSC/RNC/MGW NSN, BSC Siemens, Tellabs, BTS/BSC /RNC Huawei.work at night time for the execution like re homing, swap time.able to work Independently with zero supervision.Besides this I have a good communications skills and able to work with the team to achieve the targetI have extensive experience of training sub-contractors and staff in correct NSN UMTS900/UMTS2100, OSC, Packet A-bis Over Ethernet, Packet A-bis over TDM, show how to make a quick for HOT SWAP Activity at BTS level and transport, procedures and providing documentation prior to new project and operational start-ups.In another hand, I have a good communication skill and problem solving method also enjoying work with team mates to achieve job completion.
