Responsible for preparation and implementation of Validation Master Plans from scratch within all disciplines at the Veghel Site > Coordinated succesfully the preparations for and execution of the FDA audit of the DPI plant

Responsible for the technological and validation support to the Pharma production plants in Netherlands (2) and Germany (1) and New Zealand (1) > Completion of customer acceptance of newly build plant in Kapuni (New Zealand)

Heading the Purification (downstream) department responsible for Safety, People development and all process related activities, including both Equipment and Process ownership, Successful execution of New Product introduction Phase 3 at commercial scale
