* General running of all clubs activities, managing all the departments including fitness,front of house,sales and administration * interaction on all levels with other cgm's * general training of all the departments organising of activities for the different teams and inter-departmental activities for improvement of sales and fitness performances * initiating new ideas for top club performances * developing new team and training of consultants * marketing activities and implementing of new campaigns
