Coordination of transition processes within the KRUK Group. Responsible for communication and change management aspects in Project Office (Spanish market) and involved in Italian project related with adjusting finance processes to the local market.

Managing the reversibility project. The aim is to reverse all client’s infrastructure to his environment. Coordinating applications’ migrations, full decommission process, controlling finances and close cooperation with OS and other technical teams.

Responsible for the migration of servers from one place to dedicated SoftLayer cloud infrastructure, including server’s virtualization in the meantime. Managing team of technical admins (Oracle, VMware, Linux, Network) and taking care of projects’ lifecycle from concept to completion. Accountable for planning and provisioning migrations themselves and all post – migration commitments.

Coordinating decommission of all client’s physical servers and network devices (including updating both: internal and contract documentation).

Supporting projects dedicated for french clients, cooperating closely with Project Managers and IT specialists on a daily basics. Managing business processes (within a scope of “Request for Service”) and coordinating change management policies. This internship corresponded to my first professional role. Pararerlly with the business experience I had a chance to use my skills and creativity to supervise and edit official internal IBM Wroclaw website, guide interviews and record IBM’s managers, write and publish some reportages. I also represented the company outside (within a scope of CRC program) or organized internal events.
