Humanity & Inclusion, known as Handicap International (HI), has been working in Viet Nam since 1989. Advancing Medical Care and Rehabilitation Education Project aims to bring higher quality of life of Vietnamese persons with disabilities through improved rehabilitation and medical care management: (1) development of reference protocols; (2) Capacity building for active professionals (health, rehabilitation, social) and (3) the promotion of the access to comprehensive approach and quality services to people with disabilities.
