Delivery of a high level of customer service as main point of contact with clients through physical, telephone, email and internet queries Directly responsible for managing workload, safety and technical direction of 25+ technicians/inspectors while maintaining a high level of labour utilization and quality of service. Preparation of quote and tender documentation Completion of monthly revenue and expenditure forecasts, reports and summaries for review by senior management Supply of support services (manning, equipment, consumables, quality, safety technical and contractual advice) to remote contract placements for clients such as Bechtel, Alcoa, BP, Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton Procurement of technical and safety consumables Preparation and execution of capital expenditure proposals for major equipment purchase Monitoring and approval of supplier invoices and expenditure Engagement and supervision of subcontractors for technical services, property maintenance and equipment supply Vehicle fleet procurement and maintenance (owned and leased)

Preparation of inspection schedules for issue to technicians Assisting inspectors with visual, radiography, ultrasonic and metallographic inspections of pressure equipment and piping Database maintenance and data entry Document Control
