Consistently exceeds quotas and focuses on strategic program build outs for our customers. Launched our EntelliCenter program for largest Software company and generated over $5M in revenue on behalf of our customer. Focused on continuous business development and relationship building to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities include:• Process bi-weekly payroll for six individual multi-state companies (entered garnishments, tax levies, deductions)• Used ADP ETIME to keep up with hourly employees• Posted all payroll journal entries to Quick Books Pro• Deal with all aspects of insurance for employees (Medical, dental, Workers compensation, life)• Maintain OSHA reports for injured employees• Deal with all employee relations issues• Keep up with all HR policies and laws• Familiar with business acquisitions • Perform performance reviews and employee bonuses/promotions
