* Making E – Manifest declaration for each shipment after receiving arrival notice from shipping lines via email * Making arrival notice, commercial invoice, delivery order * Completing document for each shipment and deliver them to customers * Arranging files for saving

* Updating information and prices of services from suppliers (shipping lines, co – loaders, * trucking companies) * Dealing with them to have the most suitable prices and privacy for each shipment * Making quotations for shipments required by Sales department or oversea braches * Other task (if required)

* Receiving booking requests from customers which are: products, quantity, type of containers, departure date * Supporting to make booking confirmations as following request, sending them to customers via emails * Updating local charges at Vietnam into internal systems

* Checking Import/ export documents * Working with 3PL vendors to make sure cargos delivered on time * Controlling logistics costs * Updating new regulations of Vietnamese government about Import/ export activities, FTAs * Working closely with accounting department and warehouse department to control stocks of materials and finished goods

* Receiving orders from customers * Checking material and fabric status * Estimating capacity of the Plant * Planning work flow for each sewing line * Tracking production status and confirming loading plan with Imp-Exp department

* Giving solutions for problems of clients which are related to customs procedure * Managing expenses of shipments * Keeping good relationship with Government authorities and local customs departments * Updating latest legal documents to clients * Making customs declaration and procedures to import or export shipment * Solving problems (if any).
