In Mankind Pharma, I’m involved in the training and development of the PAN India field force for segments such as cardiology, diabetes, gastrology, respiratory, etc.-Induction training program up to State head level on Medical and Selling skill part- Skill Enhancement Training-On-job coaching across-Recruiting the right candidate for the organization-Content management and content creation for training-Leverage the LMS Platform for the upskilling of Field Force.

▪︎I have indulged my efforts in calling on multi-speciality doctors like Orthopaedic, Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Urologist, Nephrologist and Otolaryngologist etc in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Maharaja Agarsen Hospital, Apollo cradle and MGS Hospital ▪︎My foremost aim is to promote the product and services of the company through individual calling, roundtable seminars and speaker programs for doctors which will lead to building good relationships with doctors and increasing sales.
