Leading one of the newest products within the portfolio at Hill's including the development, implementation and tracking of the Integrated Marketing Communications to drive awareness & trial. Key activities include overseeing media (traditional and digital), experiential sampling, digital activation (website design, social activation and search strategy). Partnering with key customer account teams to set strategy and shape activation elements including displays, co-op marketing elements, digital partnerships, direct mail/CRM and shopper marketing programs. Strategic leadership for developing and delivering the dermatology and urinary disease category business goals for the Prescription Diet brand in the US. Responsible for building and growing Prescription Diet brand equity and business with core customer groups including independent veterinary, eCommerce and corporate veterinary partners. Lead collaboration and coordination of marketing campaigns with field sales activation to ensure alignment. Oversee and manage segment P&Ls to deliver annual financial goals.
