The After Sales Director coordinates the delivery, warranty, service, and ongoing client relations for new and current owners of our lines of new and brokerage boats. Yacht Sales and Brokerage assists prospective owners in purchasing new or brokerage boats as well as maintains online listings and marketing for clients selling their boats. In both buying and selling the Broker coordinates structuring contracts and execution of the purchase or sale of the vessel.

The duties of the Office, Membership and General Manager include day to day administration of 501(c)3 finances including AR, AP, Payroll, annual Audit preparation, as well as reporting to the Executive Director and Board of Directors. The Membership Manager's duties include facilitating volunteer run membership activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly bases, overseeing staff preparation for these activities, and managing the organizations website and proprietary sailing booking software for the use of the organizations fleet of over 40 sailboats. This roll also supported the Youth Outreach programs and programs for disabled sailors of all kinds. "The Downtown Sailing Center is a volunteer-driven organization that instill confidence, teamwork and a sense of community through a range of educational and recreational sailing programs. We are committed to providing access to the freedom of sailing to everyone in the greater Baltimore area, especially to those with disabilities or limited income."

As a manager of the Chesapeake Boating Club the duties include recruitment and training of the membership base, updating of social media and marketing channels,as well as maintenance of the fleet of both power and sailboats.

Previously as North Point’s After Sales Director, Grady combines his extensive experience in direct service with his hands on product knowledge to deliver a superior customer experience through all phases of the selling and purchasing process.
