Responsible for managing two sealant and adhesive manufacturing facilities in Elkhart, IN. Tasked with leading the plant operations at two manufacturing facilities to ensure employee safety, customer satisfaction, achieve financial and operations objectives, lead strategy planning sessions, guide six sigma project initiatives, and monitor Business Management Systems. Responsible for all the activities from raw material procurement to logistics at both manufacturing facilities.

* Responsible for managing Engineering, Maintenance and Labeling departments. * Develop manufacturing processes for new products, implement lean manufacturing initiatives in the plant, acquire new machinery, train plant employees in lean and six sigma methodologies, and lead process improvement projects.* Initiated Environmental Management System (EMS) at Geocel Corporation in 2008. * Worked as a project leader on continuous improvement projects to reduce the cycle time in fiber processing department. * Lead the project to reduce the set-up time in Fiber processing area by 50% using SMED methodology.* Conducted value added analysis in MultiMode Fiber processing area to eliminate the non-value added activities. * Developed process maps for entire fiber processing area.* Developed simulation models using ProModel software for fiber processing area that helped to determine the bottleneck operations in the process.* Conducted material balance project on Octymethal (OMCTS) to determine the raw material losses at various stages of the process. * Implemented continuous flow manufacturing (CFM) in Special Fiber Manufacturing process area to reduce cycle time by 45 percent.
