* Coordinated end-to-end movement of materials through supply chain in support of Barrow Island Gorgon project. * Coordinated road and air freight transport; completed load plans and manifesting. * Administered quarantine inspections and documentation. * Carried out final compliance checks on all required documentation.

* Accessing International vessels safely through mine sites according to the procedures, including reporting of safety breaches and hazards * Coordinating pilots, tugs, line crews, helicopters and pilot boats * Estimating and planning logistical costs of vessels in port * Coordinating berthing schedules based on tidal movements * Attendance of iron ore bulk carriers, LNG/LPG tankers, break bulk vessels, rig tenders ammonia tankers and cruise vessels * Importation and exportation of vessels - FPSO's, drilling rigs, jack up rigs and port expansion project vessels * Liaise and work with government authorities (ACS, AQIS, DIAC, AMSA & port authorities) * Representation of the charterers and masters of vessels for all port requirements, whilst liaising with the shipping coordinators * Managing staff and the office when branch manager is on leave * Processing of cargo documents and letter of credit requirements * Liaise on various tasks to meet organisation goals (flights, accommodation and any general requirements for crew changes occurring for the vessels)
