We assist seniors, veterans, those with disabilities and any adult over the age of 18 in getting the care they need to thrive in the place they call home.As President and CEO, I am responsible for company strategy and execution, as well as ensuring company goals get translated into day-to-day operations. Since my appointment to President in 2021, I have built the foundation to help grow our franchise system. I continue to shape the FirstLight brand by strategically adding territories and refining our long-term vision. I believe that we have a tremendous opportunity as a company to advance our role in the healthcare continuum.

I work on long range planning, budgets and franchisee - franchisor relations.

I had the opportunity to be responsible for all areas of operations while working for FCI. I worked with the management team to look for a buyer and transition the company from being privately held to going public with The Franchise Company.

I worked in several jobs while with ServiceMaster. I began by selling franchisees, then moved into operational support of Franchisees on the East Coast, I had the opportunity to be responsible for the management of our Residential Services product line and finally ended up setting up our franchisee support office and distribution center for the East Coast in Groton, CT in 1996.
