Sales through wholesale, retail stores and e-com. * The CCE reports directly to the CEO * Part of the management group * Responsible for the marketing and e-com departments of approximately 15 people (Marketing specialists, business developer, merchandisers, digital designers, copywriter, project managers). * The role is in charge of Mini Rodini’s growth plan, e-commerce P&L, setting & implementation of * the overall marketing strategy, omni-channel and digital marketing planning of own * channels and via partners. * Driving growth and customer satisfaction by improving and optimizing the DTC each step in the customer journey and -experience. * Drive the work for A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, user testing and prototyping. * Identify new opportunities to optimize the shipping, delivery & return options for our DTC customers. * Managing the work to set the strategy for Mini Rodini's members club, the CRM-strategy, Organic & Paid social strategy and SEM/SEO strategy.
