I am responsible for all Mining Training including TMM Training as well as all Engineering Training on the TMM Machines.I am also the Champion for our 3 Major Projects that running Currently on Goldfields South Deep and they are the following. 1.Upskilling of all our Trackless Artisans at the relevant OEM's - Sandvik, Atlas Copco, Aard Mining, Anglo ESTC and Festo on the following Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics Courses' as well as Machine Specific Courses on our whole feet on South Deep. 2. Upskilling of all our TMM Operators by Re-Coaching them on all of our current TMM's as well as all Training on the new TMM's that came on board. They were also Re-assessed by Registered Assessors on all the Licenses they had, against the Registered Unit Standards from the MQA.3. Upskilling of our Supervisory People, Managers, MO's, Shift Supervisors and Miners on a "Back to Basics Course" that was specially developed for Goldfields South Deep Mechanized Mine as it was a Major transition from Conventional Mining to total Mechanized Mining.4.
