Sales And Marketing ManagerEirim: The National Assessment Agency Ltd. Jun 2017 - Oct 2019I was tasked with assisting the directors of the company to develop a growth marketing strategy for a boutique educational psychology service business specializing in training courses for educators, in order to ready it for international and domestic expansion. Eirim's sister company, www.educationelephant.ie. I recommended and installed a new e-commerce system, overhauling the ease for customers to do business with the training firm. We then went on to build a second product-focused platform and sister company to further boost the firm's foothold in the international marketplace and to promote a new, product that was in high demand amongst the existing client base. Sales increased by 20% in the original company which helped fuel a budget to launch the 2nd company and platform. After 6 months we had sold to 100 customers and school and partner clients across several international markets, plus secured 3 distributors to serve across Ireland, the UK, the EU and EMEA. The business continues to grow and digital and offline marketing systems and messaging have been streamlined to poise the company for the growth desired.

International ExpansionClassforkids Jun 2016 - Sep 2019Glasgow, Scotland, GbWorked with the Executive Team to kick start then head up the continued expansion project for this fabulous software for children's activity business providers. ClassForKids is a modern classroom management and online registration system, which professionalizes the experience for children's activity providers and businesses. It is especially excellent for franchisors who need a way to get accurate data and sales reports and empower their franchisees to grow their businesses together. Already the #1 SaaS of its kind in the UK, we are now available in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US. I first worked with Nikki and his team to open up the software to the Irish market and help them test and deploy the software for class providers around Ireland. We worked as partners while I was running our children's directory business, Kids Guide Ireland. After the first sales event I set up in Dublin to present to prospects, we were able to bring in just under 10 new accounts and one of their largest accounts still to date. After 2 years of steadily growing the Irish accounts, Nikki and his investment team approached me to help them research opening up in the US market. We ended up bringing on a handful of new pilot clients but most importantly discovering the places the system needed to be readied and updated in order to justify spending money to open the US office in earnest. This research expansion pilot ended up saving millions for Class4Kids by ensuring them that their product needed specific changes to be made first before launching in the US, which could have been done prematurely without this research in place.

Chief Cheer Leader/ Co-FounderKids Guide Ireland Sep 2015 - Sep 2019Co-founded, built and sold Kids Guide Ireland to new team in 4 years. Kids Guide is the premiere online guide to all the best that Ireland has to offer for children's services and products. My partner and I founded Kids Guide Ireland to address a hole in the market for a clean and clear listing service for high-quality Irish educational programmes for children. We changed the way small business providers of high-quality children's services could market to their targeted audiences: parents of young children. We used an innovative multi-media approach incorporating marketing, events, and SaaS cloud-based business intelligence tools to help our partners make more sales and grow.At Kids Guide we also founded and produced 4 successful years of growth initiating with the first annual Kids Guide Summer Camp Fair in Spring 2016, and went on to hold the growing event each year in Dublin through 2019 to showcase the best summer camps and activities and services for kids around Ireland. We sold the business profitably in September 2019 to excellent new ownership and today they will carry on and expand Kids Guide and the Camp Event across additional locations all around Ireland.Visit the website today for more info and to plan some fun for your kids in Ireland!www.kidsguide.ie

Franchise Business ConsultantMoolah U Apr 2013 - Jun 2013Austin, Tx, UsAs a result of the reputation earned from my Abrakadoodle tenure, I was hired as a Franchise Business Consultant for a 10 week contract to turn an independent business, The Money Academy, and its flagship educational program for children, Moolah U, into a bonafide franchised business. The contract involved reviewing all of the company's existing business assets, to ensure it was ready to convert into a franchise, and the ideal mission the CEO tasked myself and my partner with was to ready all documents for her legal team to sign off on quickly. The goal was to put her in a position to be ready to sell the first franchise by the end of the 10 week contract. My partner and I delivered that and more.During our contract, on time and on budget, we generated:-- the required and correct FDD documents, -- an excellent Discovery Day Process to source and vet franchisee candidates,-- created a 500+ page detailed Operations Manual for franchisees and -- provided a specific and efficient 5-day Franchisee Training Outline. And, importantly, starting in week 4 to week 10 of our contract, we also simultaneously sourced a qualified candidate, then coached the CEO through the process of closing the new franchise's first franchise purchase! It was an extremely quick process and one we had to orchestrate very carefully due to legal disclosures for the franchisee etc, but the documents and processes were meticulously prepared in an effective manner. This process also saved the CEO literally 100s of hours and 1000s of dollars on legal fees. It also provided a rapid cash infusion for the new franchise through earning the first franchise fee by the end of the contract in week 10 or 11 when that money was earned.
