Selected for a special assignment with Walt Disney Imagineering, residing in Hong Kong, to support Hong Kong Disneyland Development Team in fast tracking design, procurement, and construction of the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel & Disney's Hollywood Hotel resorts' Preview Centers & Model Rooms within six (6) months, prior to scheduled Groundbreaking Ceremonies. Served as corporate delegate for Chinese Resourcing and Procurement Task Force to identify, visit, select, and manage Chinese interiors suppliers and manufacturers for the Hong Kong Resort projects.

Responsible for leading the Interior Design & Operations team in managing all interior design initiatives for Princess Cruises' fleet of 18 International ships. This includes all interior design renovation & refurbishment projects, as well as, FF&E Recurring and Replacement & Maintenance Programs. Responsibilities include ship surveys, identification of scope of work, creation of project budgets, executive presentations, planning & management of dock dry & wet dock renovations, creation of creative & innovative upscale design concepts, managing both internal & outsourced design consultants, FF&E selections & specifications, procurement coordination, and implementation to keep the fleet current with market trends and vessel compliance with safety & regulatory requirements for the entire fleet.
