The ELT is fully integrated with paper and electronic transcripts as well as Banner and CRM software.• Developed and documented processing workflows that automated paper processing. As a result of these efforts, we very quickly saw an almost 300% increase in throughput (user stories defined, in progress, completed, and accepted), a velocity that was not only maintained, but improved upon over time.• The IDM Pod’s redesign of the AT&T website’s Forgot Password flow improved login success rate by 75%. We then created Forgot Password and Forgot ID flows for the myAT&T mobile app, with similarly successful login rates.• The IDM Pod helped identify 6.1 million consumer and IRU accounts that had not yet been registered for online access, then added functionality to AT&T’s mobile and web apps to alert customers and provide a simple means for them to register their accounts. 81% of these customers merged or linked their unregistered accounts with existing accounts, enabling them to manage all their accounts online with just one ID.Outside of the IDM Pod, was co-BA on the project to integrate AT&T and DIRECTV applications. Working on an aggressively compressed timeline, led elaboration sessions and co-wrote the functional spec that resulted in the successful integration of DIRECTV’s 38 million subscribers into AT&T, allowing them to log into all AT&T websites, apps, features, and functionality on the first day of the merger between the two companies.
