Acquired Washington DC-based CompuServe Systems, Inc., renamed to The Netplex Group, Inc. In 1996 became a NASDAQ public company with America’s Work Exchange, Inc. as its subsidiary, later rebranded MyBizOffice, Inc. In 2003 sold off many assets including a management buyout of MyBizOffice, Inc.

A start-up platform to enable the independent consulting workforce. In 1996 acquired Software Resources of New Jersey, Inc., and merged into The Netplex Group Inc.

This start-up computer consulting and systems reseller was initially formed to design and implement PC-based accounting systems. The organization grew from zero to $4.5 million and 21 employees and was acquired in 1990 upon the formation of Evernet Systems, Inc.

A library automation software product named The ASSISTANT. This product was used to automate many professional libraries across the country, including 14 Peat Marwick (KPMG) offices, the US Navy, Bankers Trust, Deloitte and Touche, and many others. In May 1989 the rights to The ASSISTANT were sold to a Chicago-based library publishing company.
