* Client service reception dealing with clients’ needs and priorities to vehicles on a face to face basis. * Processing payment details via telephone, electronic pdq or cash. * Contacting clients with regard to annual MOT’s and servicing needs. * Support main reception area, greeting clients and identifying their needs. * Accompanying clients on vehicle test drives prior to potential purchase.

* Responsible to all administrative duties for the company, turnover around £200k per annum * Liaising with suppliers and negotiating prices. * Invoicing customers and chasing payment where required. * Paying suppliers and staff wages through PAYE system. * Bank reconciliation. * Month end and financial overviews of the company. * Submitting VAT returns to Inland Revenue and Customs via the internet. * Organising and gathering all paperwork for the company Chartered Accounts each financial year end. * Customer liaison and production of sales invoices. * Approval and payment of purchase invoices. * Expenses/Petty cash * Processing of customer payments via BACS internet banking, PDQ and large amounts of cash paid directly into the bank. * Handling customer needs in a sales environment, dealing with basic interior design for the home. * Annual stock check for submission of year end accounts.
