As Vice President for Finance and Administration serve as Senior Vice President at NMU, a regional public university with approximately 9,300 students and 1,200 employees; work directly with the President and Board of Trustees to provide strategic planning, leadership, and management of the university; serve as the Chief Financial, Technology, and State Relations Officer responsible for developing, implementing and leading University strategies with regards to the annual and long-term planning for the university’s $203 million operating budget, state budget requests, state capital requests, financing and bond strategies, human resources operations, compensation strategies, collective bargaining strategies, technology planning and operations, student laptop computer program, facilities operations, auxiliary services, and health center operations.
