A.Current Job enumerates following responsibilities: • Maintains a technically competent staff, independent from Manufacturing and Marketing control, that ensures that standards are consistently met. • Assists the Quality Management in the development as well as implementation, and maintenance of the facility’s Quality System, including policies, procedures, and control systems. • Responsible in the development and maintenance of standard operating and manufacturing procedures that satisfy Business Unit, Corporate and regulatory requirements. • Dispositions products according to specifications. Assures that backorder situations are kept to minimum through effective management of testing and disposition. • Responsible for disposition of Quality Notifications for discrepant material and for Quality Notification Board concurrence on a timely basis. • Responsible for the Documentation System of the plant. (Document Distribution, Batch Records Issuance, Document Retention, Obsolete Documents), etc. B. Under Customer Complaint Management and Report of Investigation. -@ Investigation of the root cause on the defects@ Implement the correction and corrective preventive action to prevent the defects from reoccurring. @ Keep a strong hawk-like vigilance on the trends of complaints (defects) received and analyze it against the Quality notification that is generated within the plant during production.@ Keep a close and strong watch on near misses and quality related issues like kaizen BDPS BD WAY Inspire Quality ZLL and Vision2025 integration to have a strong team with inspiring Ethos within the team and the plant to achieve a common goal. @Maintain compliance to MDR in document preparation and review & approval of various product/ project specific documentation.@Participate to the review of process/product changes, labeling, claims, product complaints, to determine the need for any regulatory activities and to ensure compliance to international requirements
