* Design and implements a recruiting strategy for all position, sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates. * Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. * Assist HR Manager in organizing and implementing employee relations activities to boost morale of employees. * Assist HR Manager in preparation of employment contract and appointment of newly hired employees upon engagement of work. * Ensures that all new employees have signed Job Description. * Assist HR Manager in conducting in the early resolution of employee issues and problems, handling disciplinary cases and documents administrative investigation hearing and disciplinary actions of employees who committed infraction against the company’s Code of Discipline, Labor Code, and other applicable laws. * Conduct performance evaluation and communicate the outcome to the employees. * Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
