Its role is to insure the risks of its ultimate parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates. The company covers natural catastrophe risk, which is high severity and low frequency and is unpredictable in nature.

Quickly took the lead in implementing reporting and decision making improvements, and setting goals for 5 direct reports plus a Matrix shared services of 18. * Consistently exceeded all budget targets for two years running +$27m Ebitda (22%) over AOP FY15/16. * Implemented new wholesale billing system (webCDR) changed from Intec. * Successfully transitioned BTC roaming relationships from monopoly to competitive footing, while securing plan glide path for future inbound revenues. * Successfully integrated four distinct wholesale businesses and teams into one cohesive unit. * Introduced effective Revenue Assurance into wholesale business. * Reduced aged receivables by 70% in one year. * Hired and mentored Commercial Analyst for succession plan.
