Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement and Development Manager and responsible for implementing “The Hub” in SA. The implementation of the Hub is part of the organisation national strategy to be innovative, flexible and scale up volunteer recruitment and community engagement.

In this role, I was responsible for managing the volunteer workforce lifecycle. This includes attracting, recruiting, engaging, developing and retaining Red Cross volunteers.
