* The cluster includes six regions, three in Karachi and one each in Hyderabad, Sukkur and Quetta. Each region comprises three districts and each district comprises minimum twelve to ei ghteen branches. All business and operational activity in all three hundred and three branches is supervised through this role. * In charge for end to end processes such as screening and short -listing, hiring of resources such as Branch * Managers, Customer Services & Operations Managers , Personal Bankers, Chief Tellers, Universal Tellers, * Outsourced Cash Officers and branch support staffs . * Planning, inception and troubleshooting hurdles in opening of new branches across cluster. * Monitoring and following up with service and business related targets of all regions .

* Assisting in branch GL maintenance & customer’s A/C activity maintenance. * Processing of Inward and Outward Clearings. * Issuance of pay orders, demand drafts & fund transfers. * Custodian of security stationary and issuance of term deposit receipts. * Submission and Issuance of customer ATM Cards and Cheque Books. * Supervise account opening , form documentation & maintenance of all other transactions.
