- Working closely with management and employees to improve engagement, work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention- Consulting with production management and providing daily HR guidance- Providing guidance on Talent Management processes (ex. individual development plans, succession planning, development centers, skills matrix)- Managing recruitment projects for white-collar specialist positions- Supporting Performance Management Processes both as maintaining systems as well as adjusting existing ones if necessary -Managing internal communication process- Identifying training needs for teams and individuals- Ensureing onboarding/offboarding processes in organization- Collecting HR budgets from managers at local level- Supporting employer branding initiatives- Managing LinkedIn platform- Monitoring and benchmark salaries
