* Elance-oDesk (now Upwork) is an online workplace that enables businesses to find, hire, manage, and pay talented independent professionals via the Internet. * Primary: * Managed a book of enterprise accounts with a focus of building and scaling distributed workforce programs. By analyzing and understanding the needs of the client I was able to identify and implement optimal solutions for their programs. * Secondary: * Support Engagement Managers on Strategic Enterprise Accounts * Daily account maintenance * Hiring and scaling client programs * Quarterly Business Review support * Tertiary: * Vice-escalation point for CSM team.
